I’m a huge fan of spaghetti squash. It’s easy to make, nutritious, and curbs my carb cravings.
I have seen your spaghetti squash baking with my own eyes so I know this comment is for REAL! Plus, you can add some fun toppings to it such as different types of sauces & meat! Enjoy your squash, Nurse Jen, RN! and be safe in the air!
Chia seeds because they have fiber and they fill me up. You can add them to anything like yogurts and smoothies. Watermelon because it tastes delicious, low calories and it fills me up.
I love watermelon too but haven’t bought any in a long time. Maybe best grocery shopping is a good time to buy some!
